For the Mumbai based ONE group ,we are formulating an international “Go to market” strategy for their Ubris furniture division’s innovative new product lines. For this new International Sports Brand THWACK we are coordinating their expansion efforts to the European Marketplace. Retail is detail is assisting THWACK to find the right partners for their international distribution, support the Brand with its international logistics and  assist THWACK in selecting and finalizing the best partners for their ambitious plans.

We have been approached by Abercrombie & Fitch during 2010 to suggest and develop ideas for their international expansion plans. Special attention was requested as far as the computer-web based, location and site analysis program available through our operation. An accompanying Retail is Detail program of hands/on support and assistance to ensure smooth and timely location development and introductions in Europe, MEA and Asia was also provided.

For this Innovative English Food producer we developed an international marketing strategy.
We selected various International business Partners, assisted Good Oil with their introductions and actively supported initial sales efforts in various Global Markets. Over a period of 14 months we have succeeded in introducing this prize winning range of Gourmet Food Products to the Netherlands, Germany, Norway, Sweden, Denmark , Finland and Austria.

A totally new experience in Coffee! Presently we are working on the development of an international expansion plan for this exiting new Coffee retail concept. Retail is Detail has been appointed to create and re-develop the front of store retail environment and make it ready for the first international development. Roastingplant further requested us to oversee the on site implementation and sourcing of materials of its first stores in Asia.

More cross selling and impuls buying elements formed the basis of this new strategy.
